We stayed a night here very easy access to the free tram zone. We should have booked it for longer duration. But the laundry room is not really helpful. We have expected it to function that is why we booked this type of hotel.

The water tap in the bath room keep leaking should be fixed! Heat should be available as no heat in the room in autumn Season which was cold at night time. car park is too small and difficult to move within the car park which should be straighten the corners and enlarging the parking space!

Very nice and clean room with good view of Spencer Street. I opted for no housekeeping service, so I saved a few dollars on the room charge. Very convenient location (very close to Southern Cross station), and near the downtown core of Melbourne. At $18 per person for the full breakfast, it’s very good value for money. Will definitely consider booking GSH the next time I plan to visit Melbourne.
